Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders as well as Master Card, Visa, and Discover.  We also offer financing to qualified individuals through Care Credit.  Details on eligibility are available through our office staff.  At Valley Oral Surgery, we strive to deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is expected at the time services are performed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  

Insurance

Our office is a participating provider with several insurance companies and Medicare.  As a courtesy to our valued patients, this office will file your insurance claims for you, whether we participate or not, as long as all necessary information is given to the receptionist at the time of service. 

Please allow insurance companies 4-6 weeks to receive and process claims.  In some instances, it may take longer for a claim to be processed.  You will receive a monthly statement from our office as long as a balance is due on your account.

We remind you that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please note that anything not covered by your insurance once a claim has been processed, is still your responsibility.
